Job Description

Our client, a leader in the finance industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the cash collection efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Manager

Location: Leesburg, Virginia

Pay Range: $55/HR 

What's the Job?

• Implement the organization's credit policies to maintain an acceptable level of risk and ensure timely repayments.
• Monitor credit and collection activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures for improved performance.
• Liaise with operational area managers to ensure credit and collection activities align with customer relations strategies.
• Execute month-end processes and prepare associated reports.
• Manage the Cash Application to ensure accurate application of cash to customer invoices.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or credit management.
• Strong understanding of credit policies and cash collection processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Experience in managing teams and driving performance improvements.
