What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting daily operations – scheduling meetings, handling emails, and managing office tasks
Keeping everything running smoothly – coordinating office supplies, services, and vendor relationships
Handling data & documents – updating internal systems, processing invoices, and organizing files
Enhancing team collaboration – helping with internal communications, company events, and meetings
Creating a welcoming office environment – greeting guests and ensuring smooth front-desk operations
