FLINT is seeking a passionate, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Architectural Designer/Drafter to join our esteemed team. Desired Education/Experience/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture or related design fields.
• Proven experience as an Architectural Designer/Drafter, preferably within a design-build or design-assist environment.
• Proficiency in Revit for design development, documentation, and coordination is essential.
• Experience using Bluebeam and Reviz to for markup, collaboration, and construction document review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for project data tracking, schedules, and coordination tasks.
• Develop and maintain ongoing efforts to improve sector efficiency and quality of work.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, building codes, and materials.
• Familiarity with DSA and public project coordination is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to produce accurate and detailed technical drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
