Summary of Role:

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand to life through strategic partnerships, innovative activations, and engaging marketing strategies across all channels. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute dynamic events and promotions that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute activations in collaboration with key brands, fostering strong relationships with existing partners while cultivating connections with emerging brands.
  • Oversee content production by brands, including photography, video, copy, and social media assets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
  • Create and implement brand-appropriate promotions and campaigns, such as giveaways, contests, and sweepstakes, to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Lead the launch strategy for new brands, coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure successful introductions to the market.
  • Manage experiential marketing activations from concept to execution, including vendor and staff operations, budgeting, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with marketing counterparts and external agencies to align strategies and maximize impact.
  • Serve as the primary onsite contact for all events and activations, ensuring seamless execution and providing post-event recaps.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, retail, online, and/or event marketing, preferably within the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of brand trends and consumer behavior, with a passion for action sports and streetwear culture.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to cultivate relationships with industry partners and drive collaborative initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and solution-oriented, with a creative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
