Location:  LA HQ in Beverly Hills. Monday-Thursday in office, Friday WFH

Experience: must have 8+ years full-time working experience in BEAUTY influencer marketing. Must have agency experience and currently live in the Los Angeles area.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as Senior Account Manager, Influencer Marketing at Chasen Creative Media. The SAM will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, paid partnerships, product seeding, managing relationships with influencers, VIP influencer events and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in BEAUTY -specific influencer marketing, partnerships, and mailers
• Hands-on experience launching and managing 360 influencer and experiential campaigns
• Strong at executing influencer partnerships including deal point negotiation, contracts, content briefs, tracking deliverables and reporting
• Close relationships with influencer agencies, managers, and talent
• Experience building campaign pitch decks, recaps, and reports
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of social media trends and platforms
• Ability to meet deadlines in a very fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
