Bookkeeper

Location: Bradenton, FL - all in office
Salary: $25 - $30/hour

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions using accounting software.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly.
• Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process payroll and manage employee expense reimbursements.
• Monitor budgets and assist in financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and financial regulations.
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
• Assist with audits by providing required financial information and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies or financial inquiries.

Requirements for the Bookkeeper:

• Full financial statement prep experience
• QB Online experience
• AP/AR experience
