Job Title: Bookkeeper (Temporary-to-Hire)

Location: Fairless Hills, PA (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM–2:00 PM (Flexible start at 9:00 AM with later end time available)

Hours: 32–35 hours/week with availability for extra hours during peak season

Engagement Type: Contractual (Temporary-to-Hire)

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper for a temporary-to-hire engagement located near Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. This is an onsite position supporting a dynamic office with bookkeeping services, particularly during high-volume financial periods. The ideal candidate will have strong reconciliation experience and be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end reconciliations of clients’ financial accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card accounts, and other financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of client financial records.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and general office workflows.
• Be available for additional hours during peak periods, such as month-end close and tax season.

Qualifications:

• Must-have experience with bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (& Desktop) preferred but not necessarily required.
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Payroll, payroll tax, and sales tax experience is preferred but not required.
