Job Title: Brand Ambassador
Location: Kansas City Metro Area | Event-Based
Schedule: Part-Time
Position Summary: The Brand Ambassador represents Illicit Gardens and From The Earth at large-scale community events. This role is focused on educating the public about cannabis products, promoting brand awareness, and driving traffic to From The Earth dispensary locations. Ideal candidates are outgoing, reliable, and passionate about cannabis education and community engagement

Responsibilities:
Check in/out event kits before and after each activation
Engage with the public in a friendly, professional, and informative manner
Travel to and from assigned events across the Kansas City metro area
Promote the From The Earth rewards program and encourage sign-ups
Educate attendees on From The Earth dispensary locations and offerings
Provide accurate information about Illicit Gardens products and brand values
Answer consumer questions related to Illicit Gardens and From The Earth
Submit a completion form after each event summarizing engagement and outcomes
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation to attend events
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (event kit handling)
Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per month unless otherwise noted
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Compensation:
$20.00 per hour
