This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and brand development expertise to drive unit-level performance, franchisee and operator engagement, and long-term brand value. Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Lead the day-to-day operations of all restaurants within the brand (corporate and/or franchise units). Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational consistency, profitability, and superior guest satisfaction. Partner with field leadership teams to improve service, training, and operational execution across all locations. Brand Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share, including new unit development, market expansion, and franchise recruitment. Collaborate with the development team on site selection, market planning, and new store openings. Identify opportunities for menu innovation, new revenue streams, and operational enhancements. Brand Development: Protect and enhance brand standards, positioning, and customer experience. Partner with marketing teams to ensure campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs align with brand vision. Monitor consumer trends and competitive landscape to adapt brand strategy as needed. Own the brand-level P&L, driving revenue growth and managing costs. Use data and analytics to optimize pricing, labor, and food costs. Recruit, mentor, and lead field operations and support teams. Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Partner with franchisees (if applicable) to ensure alignment with brand vision and growth strategy. Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in multi-unit restaurant operations (QSR, fast casual, or full-service). Proven track record of scaling a restaurant brand through operational excellence and market growth. Strong P&L management skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Experience in franchise systems preferred but not required. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to influence at all levels. Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking and hands-on execution abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
