Budtender/Front Desk Cannabis Retail

Welcome to the first truly immersive Cannabis experience in Michigan. With successful stores in West Michigan, Gatsby Cannabis has reached southeast Michigan by building a state-of-the-art facility in Royal Oak that will be opening within the next few weeks. We are looking for high-energy, cannabis-focused people to be part of our team and cross-train in roles including Budtenders, Front Desk staff, Inventory, delivery drivers, lead and management positions. Responsibilities

•Become familiar with product types and different kinds of Cannabis experiences
•Become proficient with our point-of-sale system and assist guests in completing transactions
•Focus on educating guests as to what products would benefit them most
•Come to work with a positive energy and efficient workflow
•Work cash drawers and is very organized and highly detailed when starting and ending shifts

Qualifications

•Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people is essential
•Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
•Basic math skills are needed to accurately take payments and count change Gatsby Cannabis Co.
