Job Description

• Act as the dispensary's representative, greeting and assisting customers.
• Verify customers' legal age by checking identification documents.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of available cannabis products.
• Provide recommendations and advice on cannabis products, ensuring proper dosage and safety measures.
• Facilitate sales transactions, ensuring correct cash handling.

• Deliver excellent customer service, adhering to sales techniques provided by management.
• Achieve sales goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management.

• Assist in retail activities, including stocking, inventory counting, delivery intake, merchandising, and displays.
• Ensure the dispensary is clean, well-organized, and complies with safety and security guidelines.

• Maintain safety and security standards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Perform transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist with management in various retail activities.
• Complete assigned duties, including stocking, counting inventory, assisting with delivery intake, merchandising, and displays.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
