Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Manufacturing Manager to take charge of production and operational activities at our advanced facility. This is a leadership role suited for someone with a strong manufacturing background, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to optimize processes while ensuring high-quality output.

About the Role

As a key leader in our operations, you will be responsible for managing production schedules, maintaining quality control, and improving efficiency while upholding strict compliance with industry regulations and company policies. This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee production workflows to ensure demand and quality standards are met.
  • Optimize resources, reduce waste, and monitor KPIs to drive efficiency.
  • Develop schedules, manage budgets, and implement quality control measures.
  • Maintain equipment reliability and enforce safety protocols.
  • Manage inventory, including raw materials and product returns.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop production teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze operational data to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulations, SOPs, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience leading manufacturing or production teams.
  • Previous experience in the cannabis industry is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and operational compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with production management software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs. and working in a fast-paced production setting.
