Car Wash Team Benefits: Monthly sales-based commission program for Car Wash Attendants and Leads. Quarterly sales-based commission program for Car Wash Managers. Compensation Range: $26.88 - $40.32. Job Expectations: The Carwash Site Manager manages the business and daily operations of the site to achieve assigned goals. Essential Functions: Oversees multiple car wash locations, depending on business needs and location. Provides daily activities for all on-staff employees that include loading, cleaning, and customer service. Coordinates with the sales team on daily, monthly, and annual goals for revenue, membership, and service KPIs. Analyzes budget expectations to identify areas for focus and improvement. Ensures site operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Follows strict cleaning and maintenance schedules. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 6-8 Car Wash Attendants (CWA) per site. Performs supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraisal, rewards, discipline, and conflict resolution. Adheres to safety, Chevron Way values, and diversity practices. Skills and Experience Required: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams confidently. Proficiency in English to understand policies, safety training, and communicate effectively. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Retail and/or Hospitality management experience preferred. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and active liability insurance. Demonstrates Chevron Way values and We Lead behaviors consistently. Physical Demands: Occasional bending, twisting, and lifting of equipment and materials of at least 20 lbs. Periodic intrastate travel by car or air. Ability to stand for long periods for training and supervision. Operates telephone, computer, and other office equipment. Operates a motor vehicle safely. Travel: Occasional work and travel outside of normal hours and geography. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old for California locations. Must be at least 21 years old for management positions.
