Academy provides a paid, full-time 6-week training program in Charleston, SC , designed to equip you with essential carpentry skills. No prior experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. About the Role As an Entry-Level Carpenter , you'll receive hands-on training in residential trim carpentry, including the installation of baseboards, shoe moldings, and exterior doors. After successfully completing the program, you'll transition to a full-time Residential Trim Carpenter position in your local market. What You'll Gain Paid full-time training specializing in Finish & Punch Carpentry Hands-on experience with carpentry tools, door installation, bath hardware, shoe molding, and interior trim repair/replacement Lodging provided for out-of-town trainees (not applicable to Charleston & Jedburg hires) Most meals covered during training Your Growth Matters At Stier Supply Company , your pay increases as your skills grow.
