We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet & tile cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining cleanliness and enhancing the appearance of carpets, ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Duties

• Perform carpet & tile cleaning using various methods and equipment, including steam cleaning and dry cleaning techniques.
• Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to identify stains, damage, or areas requiring special attention.
• Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.
• Assist with additional floor care tasks such as water emergency extractions.
• Follow environmental services protocols to ensure safe and effective cleaning practices.
• Document work performed and report any issues or additional services needed to management.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning, particularly in carpet cleaning techniques.
• Strong knowledge of floor care practices
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with environmental services standards and safety protocols in the cleaning industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing situations on the job site.
