Job Description

Coolmore Truck Lines is partnering with CDL A regional dry van owner operators in Memphis, TN. Drivers will be hauling general freight primarily throughout the southern states. Coolmore Truck Lines is looking for professional and qualified drivers to grow our team. Average weekly pay: $3,600
Loaded miles base $1.25CPM + fuel surcharge
Empty miles base $1.25CPM
Average weekly miles: 2,400

* Bonuses:

Referral bonus: $750 paid in 3 installments over the new driver's first 90 days
Clean inspection bonus: $150
Monthly safety bonus awarded to safest driver: $250

Dry van trailers provided by Coolmore, no fees!
Plate program including IFTA available
Physical damage, bobtail, cargo, liability insurance
Fair insurance rates based on value of truck
Samsara ELD, including installation and maintenance: $13 weekly

Company provided fuel card

Pet friendly!Home Time, Route, & Schedule
Home Time: Home weekends & home at least once during the week
Schedule: Leave out Sunday or Monday and home Friday
Route: Anywhere with a 600 mile radius of Memphis, TN
Level of Touch: No touch freight, 50% drop & hookEquipment
No truck age requirement!
Must pass a DOT inspection at our approved vendor
Coolmore will cover the cost of this initial inspectionQualifications
Must be at least 23 years of age
Must have CDL A license
Must have a minimum of 2 years recent verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
No DUI/DWIs in the past 5 years
Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 150 miles of Memphis, TN or be willing to relocate for this position
