Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 per year

Job Details
Position Overview: The CFO will provide financial and accounting leadership across our organization ensuring that our financial planning and operations match our continued company growth.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning: planning, budgeting, forecasting
Assess investment and expansion opportunities and cost-savings initiatives
Financial Management: ensure accuracy and compliance, monitor cash flow & working capital
Reporting: prepare detailed financial models and reports for variety of stakeholders
Manage risk assessment
Compliance & Governance: develop & maintain internal controls and processes
Leadership & Team Development: Develop KPIs, coach & manage finance & accounting departments
Corporate Development: Support M&A and capital structuring activities
Manage investor relations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
10+ years financial leadership
Financial modeling
Strong ERP knowledge
Manufacturing or Construction industry background
Growth oriented company experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Investor relations
CPA
MBA
