Pay: $120,000 to $140,000 Salary The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. This role functions as a working group leader in these areas. Experience in construction projects is required. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction projects, be able to read blueprints, understand city and building codes, oversee vendors, and provide support and feedback to the client. Qualifications: Experience in construction projects is required. At least 5 years of experience in construction projects. Ability to read blueprints. Understanding of city and building codes, vendor oversight. Support and feedback provision to clients. Leadership experience.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop work assignments for employees. Handle special work assignments and trouble calls. Adhere to quality standards and practices. Train personnel in operating procedures. Enforce safety regulations. Conduct inspections. Operate mechanical and electrical equipment for power, heat, refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation. Possess necessary licenses for the facility. Stand scheduled shifts and work with stationary engineer’s tools. Operate and maintain HVAC systems, water treatment, electrical equipment. Manage operational manuals, logs, safety, inventory, and preventive maintenance programs. Coordinate work order procedures, failure analysis, vendor relations, training, and building communication. Specific duties include: Operate, maintain, and repair boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and lines for steam and water distribution. Maintain refrigerant systems, pumps, compressors, and control devices. Maintain gas, water, electrical, and fuel systems. Maintain sanitation, trash, kitchen equipment, and electrical systems. Ensure seasonal energy efficiency and recalibrate controls. Follow preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain life safety and security systems.
