About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Learning Officer to lead its global Learning and Development function. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive L&D strategy that is in line with the company's business priorities and the needs of its diverse, global workforce. This role requires a champion of continuous learning, with a focus on adaptive, business-relevant, and future-focused programs. The Chief Learning Officer will also be at the forefront of driving innovation in L&D, integrating advanced technologies, and building an adaptive learning ecosystem that can quickly respond to emerging trends and business needs. Candidates for this role should have a proven track record of at least 15 years in a senior HR, L&D, talent development, or related leadership position, with experience in leading large-scale L&D transformations. A strategic vision for talent development in a dynamic environment, collaborative leadership skills, and a data-driven approach to measuring impact and driving continuous improvement are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, consulting, or similar industries, and an advanced degree in a relevant field. The Chief Learning Officer will work closely with the Global People Leadership Team and senior leaders across the organization, and will be instrumental in redefining the learning culture and tech infrastructure to meet the demands of a fast-evolving business landscape.
