Job Description

The Class A CDL Delivery Driver will deliver items to each stop, as well as pickup items to be delivered to our W.B. Mason locations. This is an overnight position that starts at 1:00am, guaranteed home every day. Delivery locations will vary based on needs, this includes Syracuse and Cleveland.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Make sure all pick up and deliveries are delivered on time to ensure customer's satisfaction
• Provide timely deliveries as required
• Obtain signatures for delivery
• Resolve customer issues as appropriate
• May be exposed to varying weather conditions
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle
• Follow all FMCSA, DOT, traffic laws and regulations at all times

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be able to work independently and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines
• Valid Driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. frequently
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate
• Ability to pass pre-employment screens
• Outstanding customer service and communication skill

Education and/or Experience

• Valid Class A CDL license
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience with a favorable driving history

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. This job requires frequent use of material handling equipment.
