Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is actively seeking a talented individual with an active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance to join our team as a Computer Software Engineer and Scrum Master to design, develop, and implement software solutions that leverage modern technologies while applying Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality software delivery. This individual will also serve as a Scrum Master when needed.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Apply Agile and Scrum best practices to drive efficient development cycles. Serve as a Scrum Master when needed, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance. Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Integrate software solutions with cloud platforms, databases, and third-party APIs. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing software applications. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in software development and engineering. Proven experience in software development with proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript). Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with Scrum frameworks. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent). Experience with cloud computing (AWS or Azure Cloud). Proficiency in modern development tools, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git). Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Requirements
