About the Role

The Company is seeking a Compliance Program and Practices Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing various activities essential for the effective management of compliance risk within the organization. This includes ensuring the timely completion of all required risk governance activities, developing and maintaining a robust program for regulatory impact reporting, and leading the compliance risk appetite program. The role demands a high level of expertise in compliance, risk, and audit, with a focus on financial institutions or Big4 consulting firms. The Vice President will also be involved in compliance committee management, and governance activities, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of compliance regulations impacting the banking sector. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in audit, compliance, or risk management, and a Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications. The role requires advanced analytical skills, the ability to aggregate data from multiple sources, and a proven track record of developing and implementing compliance metrics. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a strong customer service mindset. Experience with GRC tools, and data visualization, and a good understanding of financial products and services are also essential. The Vice President will be expected to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables.
