The Role Donorbox is seeking a skilled and experienced Copywriter to join our dynamic Growth and Marketing team. We are looking for a talented and dynamic individual who specializes in writing conversion-focused, benefit-driven copy. The ideal candidate will create compelling content that engages, informs, and drives conversions. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's voice and motivating customer action through clear, persuasive messaging. Responsibilities Develop high-impact, benefit-driven copy for various marketing channels, including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, ads, and more. Craft copy that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Ensure all content maintains a consistent voice, style, and brand identity across platforms. Leverage expert conversion copywriting techniques to create compelling, action-oriented content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing or coursework in copywriting Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience, including at least 1 year in an ad agency Experience crafting landing page copy for diverse brands Expertise in conversion-focused copywriting strategies Previous experience working with South African or internationally recognized brands Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective campaigns Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and accuracy Bonus Experience with Storybrand Details Fully remote based in South Africa Salary: $1500-$2000 USD per month Eligibility for employee equity plan (stock options) Reimbursement package for home office expenses, up to $1.5k Health insurance premium reimbursements, up to 75% for you and your family Generous time off policy of 21 days (birthday included), 8 holidays of your choice, and 2 paid volunteer days Wellness program with fitness and mindfulness classes The Application Process We have 5 stages: Apply here and fill out our questions to tell us about you!
