Job Description
As a team member here at Mendota Heights Cold Stone Creamery, you will be responsible for providing an excellent product with exceptional customer service for 1-3 shifts a week. This is accomplished through daily preparation and tasks such as:
-Maintaining proper inventory on candy, ice cream, and all other items associated with our operations.
-Managing the store environment by assuring lobby cleanliness, proper organization, and staying positive throughout the shift.
-Building cakes, cupcakes, and cookies.
-Fulfilling the needs of our guests, both online and in person, with exceptional service.
-Closing procedures that include all aspects in maintaining a clean store such as sweeping, moping, dishes, etc.
-Job requires some minor lifting (20 lbs) and may require use a step ladder.
State law does not permit us to schedule 15-year-olds after 7pm, which is when a majority of our business is active. Therefore, our business needs require us to hire 16 years of age and older. However, we are always open to reviewing all resumes and may have a need ahead of us.
