Digital Marketing Account Manager

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll play a key role in using data-driven storytelling to help contractors grow their businesses through search visibility and client success stories. Your job is to keep things moving smoothly between our clients and the product team, ensuring strategies are clear, results are understood, and relationships are strong.

What You’ll Do

We are looking for someone who defines themselves as a:

  • Client Relationship Builder: Own the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing monthly touchpoints, serving as the primary point of contact through Zoom, Slack, Loom, and other communication tools. Stay ahead of issues, communicate proactively, and ensure your clients always feel heard, clear, and confident in their partnership with us.
  • Marketing Communicator: Use tools like Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to translate marketing performance, such as traffic, rankings, conversions, and more, into easy-to-understand insights for clients.
  • Growth Advocate: Spot and communicate growth opportunities, recommending additional services when they can truly help the client grow.
  • Collaborative Strategist: Collaborate with your internal team, which we call a pod, including an SEO Specialist, Website Developer, Blog Writer, and Copywriter, to ensure strategy execution stays aligned with client goals.

Who We're Looking For

We don’t just want “anyone” for the role; this is a relationship-driven, fast-paced position, and we’re looking for someone excited to proactively build relationships with our clients. Here’s what we’re eager to see in you:

  • Client-Facing Experience: You have 1–2 years of experience in client-facing roles, where you’ve built strong relationships, kept stakeholders informed, and proactively managed expectations.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, keyword research, technical SEO, and interpreting analytics to guide strategy.
  • Tools and Tech Skills: You’ve worked with platforms like Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to track and report on marketing performance. You’re also comfortable using tools like Slack, Zoom, Loom, and Monday.com to communicate with clients and manage project workflows.
