Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.Job Description:ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:Prepare unfinished interior drywall panels for painting by taping and finishing joints and imperfectionsApply drywall compound, nail/screw indentations on the surface of panelsRemove extra compound after surfaces have been covered sufficientlyPress paper tape over joints to embed tape into sealing compound and to seal jointsSpread sealing compound between boards or panels or over cracks, holes, nail heads, or screw heads, using trowels, broad knives, or spatulasSeal joints between plasterboard or other wallboard to prepare wall surfaces for painting or paperingSand or patch nicks or cracks in plasterboard or wallboardUse mechanical applicators that spread compounds and embed tape in one operationApply additional coats to fill in holes and make surfaces smoothInstall metal molding at wall corners to secure wallboardCapable of providing detailed, uniform resultsMay supervise small crewsComplete other responsibilities as assignedSKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Ability to learn new skills with attention to detailLift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipmentAbility to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool beltCapable of working in a variety of weather conditionsUphold Swinerton Core Values of Integrity, Leadership, Passion and Excellence at all timesAdhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and proceduresSupport activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directedSUMMARY OF BENEFITS: This role is eligible for the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company matching, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), individual stock ownership, paid vacation, paid sick leave, employee assistance program, basic term life insurance and AD&D, business travel accident insurance, short term disability, financial wellness coaching, Care.com membership, ClassPass fitness membership, and DashPass delivery membership.
