Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC is a well-established law firm operating in New York State with offices in Albany, New York City, Long Island, and Hudson. We are in search of a highly motivated Attorney with expertise in high-net-worth estate and tax planning, possessing a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant practice.

Preferred experience includes developing and creating Intentionally Defective Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts, and Grantor Retained Trusts.

This opportunity is based in our Latham, New York office and requires physical presence at the office.

Responsibilities

•Communicate with clients about plans for dispersing their assets
•Prepare Wills, trusts, and ancillary documents
•Prepare complex trust documents
•Provide clients with information about retirement plans, charitable contributions, and insurance choices
•Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action
