Job Description
We are seeking an Event Director to join our team! You will be responsible for organizing important events from conception through completion.
The Club at Clifton is a restaurant owned by and located on the grounds of Clifton Springs Country Club. We are open to the public for meals and entertainment on our deck, restaurant and lounge as well as weddings and events in our ballroom. We have a unique, family like quality among our staff and patrons due to the frequent visits by our golf membership. Everyone takes a genuine interest in each others well being, interests and success. We do not tolerate gossip and value good attitudes and work ethic. Every employee is encouraged to grow both personally and professionally. As one of the leaders in our company, you will not only be a boss but also a mentor who is expected to lead by example, train for excellence, work beside the team when appropriate and to hold them accountable to uphold our standards. You can grow as much as you would like as we love to reward self starters, resourcefulness, creativity and success! The right candidate will be joining a team of professionals who are the best in the industry.
I have enjoyed my years in this role, especially meeting so many unforgettable people and getting to collaborate on what their perfect event will look like and making that dream come true. As I have taken on more of a financial role in the business I find I am spread too thin to be as effective in all of these diverse and important areas but have not found the right person.
