Job Description

Our client, an investment firm in Boston, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to join their team! This role is onsite in Boston, Monday through Friday full time hours, temporary for approximately six months, and paying up to $40/hour. • Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster strong working relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
• Technological proficiency: thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; able to learn quickly and adapt to other applications. Knowledge of SAAP Concur platform a plus

What you will do:

• Provide executive assistant support to Managing Director, Head of Client Operations, and members of his leadership team.
• Manage Outlook calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple geographies and time zones
• Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international) including flights and hotels, troubleshooting if unexpected changes arise
• Consolidate and submit expense reports as requested
• Assist in coordination of presentation materials as needed
• Assist with logistics for team events (offsites, teambuilding, meetings, etc.)

Education

• Minimum Associate's Degree / equivalent

Experience

• 6+ Years' experience
