What your future day will look like:

  • Manage all maintenance activities for equipment, building, and grounds
  • Allocate all resources effectively
  • Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
  • Prioritize work orders
  • Track maintenance KPIs
  • Oversee building security, fire systems, and access controls
  • Coordinate with any external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Manage construction or renovation projects.
  • Train and guide maintenance staff

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Associate’s Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 4+ years in maintenance/facilities management
  • Proficiency with repair/troubleshooting of building systems
