FLOOR SALES MANAGER
SALES MANAGER

operates 31 dealerships throughout Florida, California, Quebec and plans to continue the expansion in the
U.S.
SUMMARY
Helps the General Manager to monitor the new/used-vehicle sales departments and the performance of all
employees within the respective departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
○ Greet all customers that come in with Fly-by
○ Manage uplist, greeter, and next three available sales associates
○ Ensure sales team is completing the sales process accurately and in its entirety
○ Follow up customers to see how their check in and test drive experience was
○ TO customers and keep deals moving to the next process.
○ Assign leads to sales team
○ Assists in the development of improvement programs for salespeople who are
having difficulty reaching their objectives.
○ Ensures that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed by
salespeople.
○ Assists salespeople in closing deals when necessary.
○ Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local
regulations that affect vehicle sales.
SCHEDULE:
● 8-hour shift
● Weekend availability
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

LICENSE
Must maintain a valid in-state Driver’s License and be considered insurable with the dealerships
insurance policy.
