**Job Title: Food Plant Manager**
**PAY:** 120k - 140k
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dynamic food plant manager with experience in food manufacturing and meat processing. The ideal candidate must have USDA experience and be well-versed in HACCP protocols. This role involves hiring, training, and supervising a team of up to 10 employees, with a focus on inventory management and quality assurance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Hire, train, and supervise up to 10 employees.
+ Ensure compliance with USDA and HACCP standards.
+ Manage inventory and oversee quality assurance processes.
+ Implement and monitor food safety protocols.
+ Ensure compliance with CCP, GMP, EPP, and FDA regulations.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Torrance, California.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
