Join Our Team as a Quality Technician!

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for quality and food safety? We’re seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to ensure our products meet the highest standards and exceed customer expectations—all while working in a cold food environment.

Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Pay Range: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Need:

Basic understanding of quality procedures and processes

Strong communication skills (English and/or Spanish preferred)

Commitment to GMP and Food Safety compliance

Willingness to follow OSHA guidelines and use appropriate PPE

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Pre-Op Inspections and document corrective actions

Perform daily GMP monitoring and maintain checklists

Collect and analyze environmental swabs and download ATP results

Perform product specification analysis and ensure adherence to customer specs

Manage Non-Conforming Product reviews and complete Holds

Calibrate and maintain lab equipment, verifying accuracy and recording data

Oversee raw product inventory and manage dump reports

Prepare and ship customer samples and environmental samples to labs

Monitor facility and cooler doors for temperature control and safety compliance

Change and verify temperature chart recorders weekly

Confirm HACCP verification checks are performed per protocol
