Looking to launch a hands-on career with long-term potential? DBS is offering a unique opportunity for entry-level candidates to start in a general laborer position and work their way up to Co-Foreman or Foreman —with full on-the-job training and clear growth paths built in.

What You’ll Do

• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto company trucks before each job
  
• Assist in the installation of repair projects using proven, high-quality methods
  
• Unload and clean trucks after jobs are complete
  
• Learn and grow every day on the job—gaining skills that lead to leadership
  
• Deliver WOW-worthy customer service on every job site
  

What We Need from You

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn—no experience necessary
  
• A valid driver’s license & safe driving record is preferred
  
• Ability to travel for work as needed
  
• Unrestricted lifting ability
  
• Comfortable working in physically demanding environments (heights, kneeling, crawling)
  
• Willingness to work overtime when required
