Job Title: Global aT1D Market Development Lead

About the Job
This individual’s primary responsibility will be to develop integrated educational, market preparation activities and tactics to support best-in-class commercialization of Tzield and future pipeline assets within aT1D market. A key responsibility will be to support the commercialization in aT1D indications. This individual will be responsible for implementing market shaping initiatives for HCPs, key diabetes congresses, disease treatment advocacy organizations, and other key stakeholders in these aT1D. This position will have direct interface with international physician thought leaders. This role will work closely with the Global Xfunctional aT1D to build a leadership engagement plan in aT1D overall.

Main Responsibilities :
Translate product and therapeutic area science into actionable and impactful educational strategies and tactics that with the aT1D scientific community.
Manage key global thought leader influence and centers of excellence mapping strategy, KOL mapping, KOL engagement plan & execution for new indication(s)
Lead planning and execution of Commercial advisory boards to gain insights across specialties
Lead international congress planning and activities in conjunction with Global Xfunctional aT1D team
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state(s), the competitive market landscape, and the overall market to develop high-impact and differentiating market conditioning strategies/tactics
Key strategic liaison with Medical leadership, Publications, Outcomes, etc. as appropriate to
Lead Relationship Management with identified scientific societies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams that support the brands
Manage agencies and vendors as needed to develop and execute industry leading marketing and educational programs
About You
Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ product/brand management, and/or strategic marketing, commercial / business development with product launch experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
A comprehensive understanding of the dynamics driving the global health care environment.
Ability to quickly understand and communicate all clinical data / publications to support business objectives.
Product launch experience, understanding of the aT1D market, and experience developing Key external experts
Understanding of market research, creative development, and experience with regulatory review/approval process.
Ability to interact widely and effectively within the company and with co-promote partner (i.e., on an interdepartmental and interdisciplinary basis).
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate customer needs (internal and/or external)
Strong project management skills
Proven ability to cooperate transversally
Exceptional communication skills
Experience managing an advertising agency and related budgets
Demonstrated analytical skills
Passionate, confident, articulate, and comfortable in team environment
Preferred Experience:
Medical / scientific background with proven ability to work with Medical experts
Experience within the aT1D space including launch experience
Experience in both local (affiliate) and Global organizations
Experience working on Tzield
Experience working in a cross-promotion / Alliance

Sanofi's Bridgewater, NJ office is scheduled to relocate to Morristown, NJ on or around March 24, 2025 and this role will then be based in Morristown, NJ.
