You'll be joining our Aurora Software and Controls Department which has 200+ Technical staff in various leadership roles, Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Systems Administrators, Database Administrators, and Network Engineers from entry-level to the most senior chief engineers and architects. This engineering organization supports numerous programs within the Payload and Ground Systems organization. We have plenty of opportunity for career advancement into higher level technical roles or leadership positions. This program is a large multi-site distributed ground system development program with multiple software scrum teams on contract to deliver the Ground Segment for a restricted space program. The program spans command and control, mission planning and scheduling, and system infrastructure. The program has anticipated future growth to deliver additional ground capabilities beyond the current contract. This program is seeking experienced software engineers (or developers) to develop in C++, Python, and Perl in a RedHat Linux agile scrum and 3-month Increment environment using Atlassian tools as a team member on their Command and Control team.
