They will be responsible for sourcing various positions including clinical and in office. The incumbent must have a good work ethic with a positive attitude , professional, and take initiative.

HR Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Review application material, read resumes and cover letters, and send potential candidates to management
• Source various per diem and full time positions
• Identify and qualify passive candidates
• Verify candidate eligibility such as licensing and experience
• Maintain applicant pool
• Preparing source documentation needed for new hires.
• Offer a high level of customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for applicants.
• Perform data entry to input and update applicant information in the candidate database. Uphold confidentiality when handling applicant information.
• Maintain all up-to-date credentials from all field staff.

HR Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:

• 1 year of recruiting experience in a challenging market
• Experience recruiting with LinkedIn and Indeed
• Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve success
• Incredible work ethic
• Strong motivation for career growth and advancement
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Self-motivated and achieve goals
