What You’ll Do:

As a Healthcare Recruiter at Hema-Tec, you’ll be the architect behind our recruitment strategy. Your role will be essential in sourcing and hiring top-tier healthcare professionals who align with our high standards and values. You'll partner with our HR team and leadership to ensure we have the right talent in place to meet our growing business needs.

  • Lead the Recruitment Charge: From sourcing to hiring, you will design and execute an effective recruitment process that includes interviewing, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Build and Maintain Talent Pipelines: Develop strong relationships with local universities, staffing agencies, and professional organizations to ensure a steady stream of qualified candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Track, Analyze, and Optimize: Use data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve the process (think: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire).
  • Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, guide them through the hiring process, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Shape the Future of Healthcare Staffing: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to ensure Hema-Tec attracts top talent and remains competitive in the healthcare space.

Requirements: What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on recruiting experience (preferably in healthcare).
  • Skills: Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates, with a solid understanding of recruitment metrics and best practices.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using HRIS systems or recruitment tools (e.g., Paylocity)
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
