Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are seeking a Construction Manager for a family owned heavy civil construction company for a project in Wenatchee, WA. Our Construction Managers are the operations representative at the project site and oversees the planning and coordination of the project. Construction Managers ensure work is safe and executed timely. He or she serves as the company's point of contact on all operations with both the client and the general public. Construction Managers also take part in selecting and mentoring project staff and ensuring that the entire team works together efficiently to complete the project safely, on time and on budget.

Job Details
Must have:
Minimum of 15 years of progressive on $15M to $250M+ complex, self-perform, heavy highway construction projects
Experience as the lead supervisor responsible for all construction activities on large civil projects with multiple superintendents and foremen
Experience managing a projects 3-week and 90-day schedule
Experience managing labor productivity and involvement in project cost reporting
A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
