Position: Remote School Psychologist (1099 Contractor) Tennessee

Location: Remote (Serving Tennessee Schools)
Job Type: 1099 Contract
Salary: Based on experience and school budget

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to provide remote services to schools throughout Tennessee. This 1099 contract position allows you to work from home while supporting students in their academic, behavioral, and emotional development. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of school-based experience and hold a valid Tennessee license. Remote work experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Administer psychoeducational evaluations to assess student needs.
• Provide counseling services to individuals and small groups of students.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to develop IEPs and intervention plans.
• Support school staff with behavioral strategies and mental health resources.
• Keep detailed records of assessments, counseling sessions, and student progress.
• Participate in virtual meetings and IEP reviews with school teams and families.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
• Active Tennessee certification/licensure as a School Psychologist.
• At least 2 years of experience in a school setting.
• Strong knowledge of psychoeducational assessments, counseling techniques, and IEP processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in remote environments.
• Remote work experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation:
