Job Description

Be the heartbeat of our HR operations and contribute to a mission-driven team dedicated to high-quality homecare services!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Connect with applicants, schedule interviews, and keep records sharp and organized.
  • Lead the charge in onboarding caregivers, RNs, and office staff.
  • Match applicants with cases and ensure smooth coordination.
  • Guide Personal Assistants (PAs) through a seamless enrollment journey.
  • Craft engaging communication campaigns and monitor COVID-19 updates.
  • Manage essential documentation and verifications and oversee seasonal projects like flu vaccination coordination.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must.
  • High school diploma; an Associate’s degree is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience (home care experience is a bonus).
