Your Impact as an HR Coordinator: You’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily HR operations of our dealership, including: * Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation * Maintaining employee records and supporting HR compliance * Administering benefits and responding to employee questions * Supporting training initiatives and engagement activities * Coordinating payroll details and HR reporting Are You a Great Fit? To be successful (and eligible) for this position, you must meet all of the following requirements: * Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources support role. * Education or Equivalent: You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — OR comparable hands-on experience in an HR position. * HR Knowledge: You’re familiar with core employment laws like FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, HIPAA, OSHA and EEO and understand the importance of confidentiality and compliance. * Tech Proficiency: You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS systems such as Paycom is a plus. * Communication & Confidentiality: You can communicate clearly and handle confidential information professionally, with employees at all levels. * Work Authorization: You are legally authorized to work in the United States.
