Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

100% Commission Based, make fortune as per your schedule. 

Duties:

• Conduct in-home assessments for energy rebates and HVAC equipment.
• Utilize expert knowledge to guide customers through energy-efficient solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing exceptional service.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in in-home sales. We can train freshers as well, who have strong desire to learn, earn & grow. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Must have a vehicle and be willing to travel within designated territories.
• HVAC knowledge is beneficial, but not required; training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Compensation (s):

• 100% Commission Based, HVAC has one of the fastest trun around commission structure. Commissions are paid bi-weekly and are 10%. 

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road
