Lockheed Martin is seeking a highly motivated candidate who wishes to gain work experience in Digital Twins, Modeling and Simulation, and Artificial Intelligence in support of Logistics and Sustainment Engineering activities for the business. If placed on an Engineering team that works on-site, the candidate must be willing to work in-person at a Lockheed Martin facility in the Orlando, Florida area, one or more days per week, as needed
Basic Qualifications: Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in one of the following disciplines
o Modeling & Simulation
o Computer Science
o Computer Engineering
o Software Engineering
Has knowledge of or basic proficiency with common Software Engineering tools / Programming Languages (examples: JavaScript, Python, HTML, C) and/or common Modeling and Simulation tools (examples: Cameo Systems Modeler, Nvidia Omniverse, MATLAB, Docker, Simulink)
Has outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a diverse set of coworkers in an Engineering team environment
Is a creative problem-solver with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to help solve complex engineering problems
Must be able to pass a background check

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
