We are seeking a Maintenance Person specializing in Electrical to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Facility Maintenance:
   • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of the facility.
   • Conduct inspections and identify areas requiring repair or improvement.
   • Address minor repairs promptly and report major issues to the appropriate personnel.
2. Equipment Maintenance and Setup:
   • Able to setup and wire new machines.
   • Maintain and repair crafting equipment to ensure optimal performance.
   • Collaborate with the production team to schedule preventive maintenance activities.
   • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
3. Safety Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
   • Conduct regular safety inspections and address potential hazards.
   • Participate in safety training sessions and ensure compliance among team members.
4. Inventory Management:
   • Keep track of maintenance supplies and initiate orders as needed.
   • Monitor inventory levels and report to the supervisor when replenishment is required.
5. Collaboration:
   • Communicate effectively with other team members to coordinate maintenance activities.
   • Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to address maintenance-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Experience working with 3 phase electric and wiring in machines or equipment.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking maintenance tasks.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
