ROLE OVERVIEW

Fashion Nova is on the lookout for a strategic and results-driven Influencer Account Broker to scout, recruit, and secure top-tier athletes, rising sports personalities, and fitness influencers who embody our brand’s bold energy and cultural influence. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building high-impact partnerships, negotiating game-changing deals, and amplifying our presence across major social platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Athlete & Influencer Scouting & Acquisition: Actively source and recruit professional athletes, emerging sports personalities, and fitness influencers aligned with Fashion Nova and Nova Men’s brand image.
• Relevant Sports Acumen: Extensive and passionate knowledge of established and emerging athletes across major sports, including basketball, football, MMA, and boxing.
• Negotiation and Pricing Strategies: Utilize strong negotiating skills for cost-effective partnerships with influencers and implement aggressive pricing methods to optimize department budgets and deliver maximum ROI for clients.
• Influencer Deal Structuring, Proposals, & Contracts: Possess proficiency in structuring influencer or talent deals, understanding various compensation models, and crafting customized agreements to align with brand and influencer/talent needs. Create and manage contracts for all influencer partnerships.
• Payment Systems Setup: Ensure that all influencers and agencies are properly set up in internal systems for payment processing, ensuring timely and accurate compensation.
• Social Media Platform Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of popular social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and leverage their potential for successful influencer partnerships.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with influencers and talent for long-term partnerships and act as a point of contact, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, or Sports Sponsorships.
• Deep understanding of Influencers / Content Creators on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• History of drafting and structuring talent partnerships contracts.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
• Familiarity with talent scouting software, tools, organized rosters and CRMs.
• Direct experience working with some/all of the following: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, X, etc.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• English, additional language(s) an advantage.
• Schedule of this position: Monday – Friday | Core business hours | Onsite.
