About the Role 🚽(You’ll be flushed with excitement!)

This role sits at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce. You’ll be leading DUDE’s charge on influencer partnerships and social media, meaning you’re part strategist, part creative director, part internet anthropologist.

You’ll bring DUDE’s brand voice to life on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest, while managing creator relationships that put DUDE Wipes in the hands (and pants) of the most influential people on the internet. If you know how to move fast, make magic, and keep it weird but strategic, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do: (AKA Your Day Might Look Like This)

Influencer Marketing (Our army of DUDEs)

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with creators who are real, hilarious, and actually move product.
  • Vet talent, negotiate partnerships, and execute on your own from seeding through storytelling to the final recap.
  • Collaborate with creators to co-develop content that doesn’t just look good—it works.
  • Review and approve deliverables, making sure every post aligns with the DUDE brand voice and makes people stop their scroll.
  • Track influencer impact and optimize the program based on ROI, engagement, and gut instinct (because yeah, that still matters).

Social Media Marketing (Bring the brand to life, every day)

  • Partner with our Community Manager to own strategy and execution across all major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
  • Develop and manage the content calendar to keep things fresh, relevant, and reactive to current events.
  • Keep us plugged into the culture—trends, memes, viral content, soundbytes, whatever's working—and find our angle on it.
  • Measure, track, and optimize campaign performance—engagement, reach, sentiment, conversions, you name it.
  • Pull, monitor, and evaluate both organic and paid performance weekly and monthly. You need to love a spreadsheet as much as a scroll.

What We’re Looking For: (AKA Bring This Energy)

  • 3-8 years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing, ideally in CPG or with a fast-moving, consumer-obsessed brand or agency.
  • You're not just on social—you live it. You understand the nuance of a viral TikTok, you know when IG is getting stale, and you can feel a Reddit storm brewing before it hits.
  • Proven success managing paid and organic influencer programs.
  • Strong grasp of tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Sprout, etc.
  • Deep cultural curiosity—you're tapped into the zeitgeist and understand what makes people laugh, cry, or click “Add to Cart.”
  • Killer writing skills and brand storytelling chops.
  • You’re organized, detail-obsessed, and great at juggling fast-paced deadlines without dropping the ball.
  • You’re creative. You’ve got taste. And you know when to break the rules.
