  • Presentation & Communication: Create compelling design presentations, including mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings, to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and the project team.
  • Budget Management: Work within project budgets, providing accurate material cost estimates and ensuring design choices align with financial constraints.
  • Collaboration with Project Management: Collaborate closely with project managers and contractors throughout the construction process, providing design clarification, addressing on-site challenges, and ensuring design intent is executed.
  • Staying Current: Keep abreast of current design trends, new products, and building codes relevant to residential remodeling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential interior design, with a focus on remodeling projects.

  • Excellent space planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
