International Tax Manager
Salary: $125K–$145K + 12% bonus Overview:
This role is 100% focused on international tax and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a leadership position. You’ll manage compliance, reporting, and planning for global tax matters, including transfer pricing, US international filings, and Pillar II. You'll collaborate closely with finance, legal, and external advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee global indirect tax (VAT, GST) compliance
Manage transfer pricing policies and documentation
Respond to international tax audits
Prepare US international tax filings (5471, 8858, GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTC)
Handle ASC 740 tax provisions and disclosures
Support M&A tax due diligence and integration
Track global tax law changes and support planning initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting; MST preferred
CPA required
5–7 years international tax experience (Big 4 a plus)
Strong ASC 740 and compliance background
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
