Russell Tobin's client is hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Everett/Kirkland, WA

Employment Type: Contract

Location: Onsite - Everett/Kirkland, WA

Schedule: Multiple Schedules

Everett

Sun–Wed 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Wed–Sat 7:00 AM–5:30 PM

Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

Sun–Wed 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Wed–Sat 3:00 PM–1:30 AM

Kirkland

Back Half: Wed–Sat 5:00 PM–3:30 AM

Doughnut: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri

Pay rate: $25-$28/hr

Responsibilities:

Handle materials accurately and efficiently for the production and manufacturing teams
Utilize SAP ERP, Excel, and proprietary software systems for material transactions
Document and report system issues and process inefficiencies
Manage physical and virtual material movements between sites
Support team training and development
Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand carts, and if certified, forklift and/or electric pallet jacks)
Contribute to SOP improvements and safety procedures

Requirements:

1+ year inventory management, warehouse, and ssociate buyer.
2–3 years WAREHOUSE + SAP/ERP experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Familiarity with warehouse systems or ERP tools
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to adapt and grow with evolving procedures
Ability to perform physical labor: standing, bending, climbing, stooping, pulling, pushing
Comfortable with repetitive movement and working in fast-paced environments
Weekend availability required, depending on assigned shift
